Discount Schedule
We offer special discount rates if you purchase and pre-pay for blocks of ten or more hours.
- 5% for 10 hours
- 10% for 25 hours
- 15% for 50 hours
- 20% for 100 or more hours
We offer a 10% discount on our standard rates for government, public safety,
military, education, and non-profit organizations. Special rates are available
for large projects and long term contracts.<
Terms and Conditions
Time is billed in tenths of an hour (six minute) increments. If the accumulated
call / email response time for a given day is less than a quarter hour, it will
be rounded up to the nearest quarter hour increment.
Normal working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 CST.
Rates are billed at time and one-half after hours and on weekends,
unless pre-arranged with sufficient advanced notice.
Double time rates apply for all legal holidays
(New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Chistmas Day).
Emergency rates are billed at time and one-half during the week, double time
on weekends, and triple time on legal holidays.
Amounts under $2,000 must be pre-paid by credit card, check, or bank wire.
All services must be pre-paid by or before the date that services are to be rendered.
All hardware and software costs must be pre-paid in full.
Credit terms are only extended to existing customers with a good payment
history and only if they maintain a D&B Paydex score of at least 80
or have at least a B+ credit rating.
Normal travel, meals, lodging, and reasonable expenses will be charged
for out-of-town on-site engagements.
Travel one way will be charged for any on-site visit that is
within 30 miles of the RICIS, Inc. office or it's employees point
of origin. Traveling from our office, their home, or another client
site. Travel is billed at standard rates even after hours.
